Food Slam for WMSE

Food and music. That should be enough to get your attention. WMSE-FM (91.7) presents its eighth annual Food Slam - a food-tasting extravaganza - Friday at The Eisner American Museum of Advertising and Design.
You'll eat well. Representatives from an eclectic mix of 25 Milwaukee-area restaurants from Anodyne Roasting Company to The Wicked Hop and everything edible in between will be on hand. The cash bar will feature brews from the Milwaukee Ale House.
Tickets are $30 for the Food Slam, 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the Eisner, 208 N Water St. See wmse.org or call (414) 277-7556.
